What we collect and why
Visiting the website
Reading our pages does not require giving us any data, and the website itself does not track you. Our hosting provider may keep technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for a short time to keep the service secure (legal basis: our legitimate interest in security, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form we receive your name, e-mail address, the optional phone number and your message, by e-mail. We use them only to answer you (legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or steps before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)) and keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle your matter. Against abuse we count messages per connection using a one-way scrambled form (hash) of your IP address, kept for one hour.
Cookies
We use only the cookies listed below. Optional ones are used only after your consent, which you can give, refuse or withdraw at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Who else processes your data
Our hosting provider and our e-mail provider process data for us on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising profiles and do not make automated decisions about you. Services named above as “other services” act on their own responsibility.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting what happened before). Write to us at dan@CreoPrime.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
